Privacy policy

Effective September 9, 2026. WeStaff NJ collects information needed to respond to staffing requests, evaluate job applicants, place employees, administer payroll and operate our private recruiting workspace.

Information we collect

Depending on the form, this can include contact information, work history, eligibility answers, resumes, employer requests, payroll details and identification documents. Protected payroll and identification information is restricted to authorized administrators.

How we use and share it

We use information to recruit, communicate, place workers, provide staffing services, administer employment and comply with legal obligations. We may share necessary applicant information with prospective or current worksite employers and service providers that operate our systems. We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics and advertising

Our public website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, understand website performance and evaluate advertising. These services may receive technical and usage information such as the page visited, browser or device information, IP-derived information and cookie identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, contact details, resumes, payroll information or other form contents through these analytics tags. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and review the privacy controls offered by Google and Meta.

Storage and security

Records are stored in access-controlled Cloudflare database and object-storage services. We use encryption, restricted roles, secure sessions and audit records. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and requests

We retain records for staffing, employment, legal and operational needs. You may ask to access, correct or delete information, subject to legal retention requirements, by emailing Hr@westaffnj.com or calling (973) 240-8972.

We may update this policy as our services or legal duties change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
